Caspar Health is a German digital rehabilitation platform that connects clinics, doctors, therapists and patients through certified aftercare programmes, and it is used by more than 260 clinics and 350,000 patients.
Its website had to serve those four audiences at once, each arriving with different questions and a different level of digital confidence, and many patients left before intake because they could not tell whether they qualified for a programme.
Scope
At Yumeda Studio I worked in a team of three designers on a very large B2B website, collaborating across the UX, the site structure, the research, the UI and the eligibility quiz, in a fast-paced project where the brief kept changing.
The work also covered accessibility and the handoff to development, with ongoing Q&A for the developers during implementation.
Choices
Information density was treated as a constraint from the start, so the content was organised through a clear hierarchy and progressive disclosure, letting each audience find its own path without having to read everything.
For eligibility, a guided quiz lets patients check whether they qualify before reaching intake, and the GDPR consent flows were designed as a natural step in the journey rather than a legal hurdle.
Outcome
The website was delivered in about four months as a single site for four audiences, with the eligibility quiz and the consent flows built into the patient journey.
The structure keeps a content-heavy platform readable for audiences with very different levels of digital confidence, and gives patients a way to find out whether the programme is for them before they reach intake.
